These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zoza Browser, the Zoza website at zoza.world, and the associated APIs operated under the zoza.world domain (collectively, "Zoza" or the "Service"). Zoza is operated by the entity registered as the merchant for Razorpay payments (the "Operator"). By installing the browser, redeeming a code, or buying credits, you accept these Terms.
Zoza is a browser with built-in identity, wallet, AI, scam-blocking, and trading-agent functionality. The Service is designed to be server-blind: your Ed25519 identity key is generated and stored on your device; the Operator never receives your private keys, plaintext message content, or LLM prompt content beyond what is necessary to route a paid AI request. Specific data flows are documented at our Privacy Policy.
You may buy AI-trading-agent cycles ("credits") as one-time packs via the Zoza website. Payment is processed by Razorpay; the Operator does not store your card or banking details. On successful payment you receive a redemption code in the format ZOZA-XXXX-YYYY-ZZZZ. The code is shown once on the success page and is also delivered via your Razorpay receipt email. Codes are bearer tokens — anyone holding a code can redeem it. You are responsible for keeping your code confidential.
Each code is one-shot: once redeemed onto an Ed25519 identity (i.e. a Zoza install), it cannot be transferred. Codes expire 365 days after issuance. Credits granted by a code do not themselves expire once redeemed.
Refund eligibility is documented at the Refund Policy. Briefly: unredeemed codes are refundable within 7 days of purchase on request; redeemed codes are non-refundable because the cycles have been delivered to your install.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) attempt to circumvent the per-cycle quota or the cryptographic identity model; (b) automate broker order dispatch with broker credentials that are not yours and that you are not authorised to use; (c) reverse-engineer the Service in ways prohibited by applicable law; (d) defraud, harass, or compromise other users; (e) buy redemption codes with stolen payment instruments or violate Razorpay's terms.
The Operator may suspend or revoke service access — including outstanding credit balance — if you materially breach these terms. We will refund unused credits when practicable except where the breach involves fraud against us or third parties.
Zoza's AI trading agent proposes trades by analysing public market data and news. It does NOT execute trades autonomously. Every trade requires your on-device biometric confirmation and Ed25519 signature before any broker order is dispatched. Cloud-side execution after your signed confirmation is performed against the broker credentials you have explicitly linked to your Zoza identity.
Trading involves risk of loss including the entire amount of capital deployed. The trading agent's proposals are not investment advice. Past performance — whether of the agent, the broker, or any underlying asset — does not guarantee future returns. Use the agent only with capital you can afford to lose, and only via brokers you trust. The Operator is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser and does not provide personalised investment recommendations.
Zoza is a non-custodial browser. Your private keys live on your device; the Operator cannot move your funds, sign trades, or access broker accounts on your behalf. Broker API credentials you link to Zoza are encrypted with a key only the Operator's KMS can unseal, and are used solely to dispatch trades you have signed.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Operator's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service exceed the amount you paid to the Operator in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Operator is not liable for trading losses, lost data, lost private keys, lost redemption codes, or indirect damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the city where the Operator is registered.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
