Delivery Policy

No physical shipping

Zoza sells digital redemption codes only. No physical goods are shipped. There are no shipping charges, courier partners, or delivery timelines in the conventional sense. This page exists because Razorpay's merchant onboarding requires a Shipping / Delivery Policy URL even for digital-only merchants.

How digital delivery works

  1. You complete payment via Razorpay (card / UPI / netbanking).
  2. Within seconds of payment success, your redemption code is shown on the success page in your browser.
  3. A copy of the code is also included in the Razorpay receipt email sent to the email address you provided to Razorpay at checkout.
  4. You enter the code inside Zoza on any device (Mac / Windows / Linux / Android / iOS) under Settings → Billing → Redeem code, and your cycles are added to that install.

What if I don't receive my code?

In the rare case that Razorpay reports a successful payment but no code is shown:

Geographic availability

Available worldwide via Razorpay's supported payment methods. Prices are listed and charged in INR. Cross-border transactions may incur additional fees from your card issuer — those fees are outside our control.

Code expiry

Redemption codes remain valid (redeemable) for 365 days from the date of purchase. After that, an unredeemed code expires and cannot be used. We recommend redeeming within 30 days of purchase to avoid losing track of the code.
