Refund & Cancellation Policy

Short version
- Unredeemed code, within 7 days: full refund on request.
- Redeemed code: no refund — the cycles have already been delivered to your install.
- Failed payment / double charge: automatic refund within 5–7 business days.
- Trading losses: never refundable — trading risk is yours.
1. What we sell
We sell digital redemption codes (ZOZA-XXXX-YYYY-ZZZZ) that grant AI-trading-agent cycles when redeemed inside the Zoza browser or mobile app. No physical goods are shipped.
2. When refunds are available
2.1 Unredeemed code within 7 days
If your code has not yet been redeemed and you bought it within the last 7 calendar days, email [email protected] with the subject "Refund request" and include your Razorpay payment ID. We will verify the code is unredeemed, void it, and request the refund through Razorpay. Refunds typically reach your card / account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
2.2 Failed payment or double charge
If Razorpay charged you but you did NOT receive a redemption code, email [email protected] with your Razorpay payment ID. We will reconcile within 24 hours: either issue the missing code or initiate a refund.
2.3 Product not as described
If a code grants materially fewer cycles than the product listing stated at the time of purchase, we will either reissue the difference or refund proportionally.
3. When refunds are NOT available
- Redeemed codes. Once a code is redeemed onto a Zoza identity, the cycles are delivered. Like prepaid SIM credit, this is not refundable.
- Codes outside the 7-day unredeemed window. Codes remain valid (redeemable) for 365 days but the refund window is 7 days.
- Trading losses. The cycles you bought were consumed by AI analysis cycles regardless of whether the trades the agent proposed were profitable. The Operator is not liable for trades you signed and authorised.
- Codes you shared and someone else redeemed. Codes are bearer tokens; you are responsible for keeping yours safe.
- Suspected fraud or terms violation. See Terms § 5.
4. How to request a refund
- Find your Razorpay receipt email. It contains a payment ID like
pay_XXXXXXXXXXXX.
- Email [email protected] with subject "Refund request".
- Include: your Razorpay payment ID, the redemption code (if you still have it), and the reason for the request.
- We respond within 24 hours on business days. Approved refunds are issued via Razorpay; settlement to your bank typically takes 5–7 business days.
5. Disputes
If you have not received a satisfactory response within 7 business days, you may raise a dispute via your bank or via Razorpay's grievance portal. We will cooperate with both.
6. Cancellation of subscriptions
The website currently sells one-time credit packs only. If we later launch recurring Pro subscriptions on the website, the cancellation flow will be added here and managed via the Razorpay Subscriptions portal.
